About the product

The chamber rehydrator is used for rehydrating dry fruit and vegetable and for thermal treatment (blanching) of various sorts of fruits and vegetables.

The steam temperature can be adjusted so the humidity and the temperature in the rehydrator meet the needs of blanching specific fruit and vegetable.

The product is placed in the rehydrator`s basket made from stainless steel wire. The basket is placed inside the chamber and steamed at set temperature for a desired time length.
