This machine is designed for grinding bread and its pulverization into bread crumbs. Before the grinding begins, the bread needs to be prepared by slicing and baking (drying) the slices. After the slices are baked, they are placed inside the grinder and the process can begin. The grinder is completely made of food grade stainless steel.
