
Tunnel oven with fermentation chamber
About the product
The tunnel oven is designed for mass production of large quantities of bread and pastries. The molded dough is automatically conveyed into the fermentation chamber. After the fermentation is finished, the dough is automatically conveyed to the oven. When the product exits the oven, it is ready for distribution to the market. Parameters such as the speed of the baking conveyor belt, baking temperature and humidity can be easily adjusted.
The oven can be heated by gas or diesel fuel burner. It is constructed of specific metal parts and thermal food grade steel plates tolerant to high temperature. The oven is characterized by good thermal distribution, safety insulating layers, low combustion emissions and low fuel consumption. The bearings and housings are well protected from excessive heat and thermostat constantly controls the temperature inside the oven. The frequency converter controls the speed of the drive motor. The control panel is mounted on the wall/ oven/stand.
The size of each tunnel oven depends on the customer’s capacity requirements, and the layout of the premises, so therefore every tunnel oven is custom made. Our ovens are renowned for their reliability and low maintenance costs.
