The machine is designed to sort fruit and vegetable according to their size (in particular: sour cherry, cherry, apricot, plum, peach, walnut, hazelnut, potato, cucumber, frozen strawberry, blackberry, raspberry).

The most common range of calibrated fruits and vegetables diameters is within the following limits:

• from 10 to 42 mm
• from 20 to 50 mm
• from 20 to 80 mm

The buyer can set the number of calibration processes and this number can be from 2+1 to 4+1.

The speed of the process can be adjusted by using the built in frequency inverter so it meets the customers needs.

The machine is made of stainless steel and other materials permitted for use in the food processing industry.
