It is used for calibration of raw fruit (cherries, plums, cherries etc). Calibration is performed using a perforated drum which is made of stainless acid-resistant materials approved for use in the food industry.
The machine is intended primarily for selecting of prunes or similar products of undefined shapes. The process of selecting is done according to the size of the installed appropriate sieve and according to requirements of the appropriate product.
