The pitting device extracts the stones from previously prepared prunes.

The device is operated by a foot pedal and it works on the multiple lever system. The prunes are placed in the position manually and removed in the same way. The extracted stone is discharged into a bucket under the table.

The pitting device is highly productive, as the operator performs minimal movement while operating on this device. A crate with prunes is placed on the operator’s left side while the crate for destoned prunes is on his right side, enabling the operator to perform linear movement.
